RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Louisiana Swamp Coach, every item is made to order just for you.  Because our products are produced specifically when an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.  Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with photos showing the issue. 

Sizing

Please review the size guide provided on the product page before ordering.  Because each product is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size is selected by the customer. 

Cancellation & Order Changes

We begin processing orders quickly.  If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.  Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.  

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows a delivery problem or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help investigate the shipment. 

Questions or Problems

We want you to be happy with your Louisiana Swamp Coach gear.  If something isn't right with your order, please contact us and give us the opportunity to make it right.
