SHIPPING POLICY

All Louisiana Swamp Coach apparel is made to order just for you.  Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing & Fulfillment

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days.  During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, fulfillment may take longer. 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been fulfilled.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control. 

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.  If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.  Once an order as entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact Louisiana Swam Coach as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
